How to Replace the Battery in an Aston Martin DB9

This guide shows how to replace the battery in an Aston Martin DB9. The first step is to move the passenger seat forward and remove the rear seat base. Remove the bolts securing the metal plate protecting the battery compartment; using a 13mm spanner, loosen the negative terminal bolt and remove it. Remove the electronic circuit by taking out the three 4mm hex screws to access the battery mounting bracket. Remove the two 8mm bolts and take off the bracket. Disconnect the ventilation hose and lift out the battery. Install the new battery and reconnect the previously disconnected components.
