How to remove the front arm of an Audi A4

Model: Audi A4 B6 - Years 2000-2004
Part: Control arm

How to remove the front arm of an Audi A4. First we put the car on a column bridge and loosen the wheel pins with a telescopic wrench, then, we lift the car to a preferred height and take off the rim. Using a socket wrench, unscrew the lower locking pin of the arm and the pin mounted under the wheel hub, unscrew the pins of the upper part of the arm as shown in the video. Remove the arm from the pin seat with the help of a toothed crowbar. We always compare the parts to be replaced with new ones, if they are suitable, we can assemble them. Now we begin the assembly of the new piece: we insert the arm in the two ends of the guides and we begin to tighten all the pins and the other attached pieces.

Installation of Upgraded Intercooler Radiator with Pipes

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheels, and then the front bumper and grille. Proceed to remove the front headlights; drain the coolant, remove the intercooler radiator and the hoses connecting it to the intake system. Position the new intercooler radiator in the grille, temporarily securing it with cable ties, and mark with a marker the part of the metal that needs to be removed to allow the new hoses to pass through. Cut the marked portion of metal and apply a gasket to the edge. Remove the inner cover of the bumper and position it near the radiator to identify any interfering parts to eliminate: again, apply a gasket to the edge of the cut. Create brackets for securing the new radiator and proceed with the installation of the connecting pipes from the radiator to the intake, shaping and connecting them appropriately. Finally, reassemble the bumper, headlights, and grille.
