How to Activate Cruise Control in an Audi Q3

To activate the Cruise Control on a first-generation Audi Q3, start the engine and reach an appropriate speed, generally above 18.6 mi/h. At this point, use the dedicated lever located on the left side of the steering column, moving it to ON to enable the system. Once you reach the desired speed, press the SET button to memorize it. While driving, you can increase or decrease the set speed using the appropriate controls on the lever, while the function can be temporarily deactivated by pressing the brake pedal or the clutch, if the vehicle has a manual transmission. To resume the memorized speed, simply use the RES button, while to completely deactivate the Cruise Control, move the lever back to OFF.
