Replacing the Steering Wheel on an Audi A4

Do you want to remove the steering wheel from the car? Let's look at replacing the steering wheel on an Audi A4. Before removing the steering wheel, you must disconnect the airbag. Insert a screwdriver into the steering wheel cover (back of the steering wheel). Once you remove the screws securing the airbag (driver's side), disconnect the power connectors and take the airbag out of the steering wheel. Remove the central screw that secures the steering column (remove the steering wheel at the end of disassembly). Install the new steering wheel onto the column, and tighten the securing screws. Reconnect the power connectors and secure the airbag with the screws.
