Steering Wheel Removal on Audi Cars

Lower the steering column using the lever located under the steering wheel. Remove the cover located behind the steering wheel by prying in the central slot with any sharp tool (a plastic wedge is recommended). Rotate the steering wheel to access and unscrew the rear screws securing the airbag with an Allen key. Next, work on the clip at the rear related to the safety lock, as shown in the video. Extract the airbag by disconnecting the connector. If you want to replace the entire steering wheel and not just the airbag, simply unscrew the central bolt and you're done.
