Operation: How do you replace the timing belt on the Audi A4?

The timing belt replacement on the Audi A4 is carried out by opening the bonnet, in order to have access to the engine compartment components: since the belt is located in the front part of the engine block, in order to access it it will be necessary completely disassemble the front bumper, the headlights and also the radiator. Once all these components have been removed by unscrewing the fixing screws, it will be possible to loosen the central nuts which fix the pulleys around which the belt and also the tensioner roller are arranged; at this point it will be possible to insert the new belt and the relative pulleys, assembling all the components previously removed.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
