When to Replace the Timing Belt on the Audi A4 2.0 TDI

The timing belt on the Audi A4 2.0 TDI should be replaced every 112,000-124,000 miles, but you can replace it after 93,000 miles if you notice the water pump is starting to leak or if, during inspections, you find the belt is too worn (dust/engine overheating). To perform this replacement (as explained by a shop owner in the video), remove the front end for more space and to make the job easier; by removing the front end, you also gain access to the three radiators (main, air conditioning, and turbo). Inspect them, and if they are dirty (as shown in the video, given the long interval for the timing belt replacement), you can remove, clean, and reinstall them on the vehicle.
