How to Replace the Timing Belt on an Audi A4

To replace the timing belt on an Audi A4, open the hood to access the screws securing the front bumper and corresponding headlights. Once these two components are removed, you will have access to the cover at the front of the engine, which needs to be loosened. By removing this cover, you will access the belt underneath: unscrew the central nut of the tensioner pulley to reduce the tension on the belt, allowing you to remove it. This way, you can install a new belt by securing the pulley and reassembling all previously removed components.
