To disable Lane Assist on the Audi Q4, turn on the instrument panel by inserting the ignition key into the ignition switch. You will notice that Lane Assist is active, indicated by the warning light on the instrument panel. At this point, you can disable the system by pressing the button located at the end of the lever on the left side of the steering wheel. While holding the button, you will see the light turn off, indicating that the system is no longer active. This operation must be performed each time you start the car, as the system activates automatically.
