How to replace the rear light of the BMW 3 Series

If the rear position light bulb of the BMW 3 Series burns out, we must proceed with its replacement as soon as possible, for our safety and that of others, and to avoid fines. We open the rear hatch and position ourselves in front of the headlight containing the bulb to be replaced; on the inside of the fender, we will find a small door, which, once opened, will give us access to the rear part of the headlight. We remove the plate containing the bulbs, rotate and remove the burned out bulb, replace it with a new one, put the plate back in place, and close the door.
