In this video we see where the fuse boxes of the BMW 1 Series F20/F21 version are located: in the engine compartment we will find it on the right side (left in right-hand drive vehicles) under a plastic cover located just below the front windshield.

The BDC, body domain controller, is located on the front passenger side pillar, under the glove compartment.

A fuse holder unit is located in the trunk, on the right side, behind the sound insulation. A second one in the center under the lining.

In all cases, the exact fuse assignment diagram is located near the trunk fuse box.

How to Remove the Toll Tag Holder from the Car Windscreen

The toll tag holder is usually attached to the car windscreen to ensure that the toll tag functions immediately when passing through barriers. However, if you decide to remove the holder, you should follow this procedure: - Insert the toll tag into the holder; - Pull the holder inwards to detach it from the windscreen; you can use a glass scraper or a stiff plastic card to assist you; After removing the holder, it is essential to remove the adhesive from the windscreen. To remove the adhesive, we recommend using a solvent-based spray that will remove the glue without clouding the area.
