How to recline the rear seats of the BMW X5

The instructions in this guide will allow us to lower the backrests of the rear seats of the BMW X5, as well as the X3 and X1, in simple and quick steps. First, we open the rear doors of the car and start pulling the lever located on the top of the backrest, lowering the first section of the backrest; in the same way, we will lower the second section, as shown in the video. In this way, we will significantly increase the cargo volume of the trunk, finally restoring the positions of the backrests by raising them until they click into place.
