How to reset the "Service" indicator on a BMW 7 Series?

To reset the "Service" indicator on a BMW 7 Series, start by turning on the instrument panel without starting the engine. Press and hold the button located below the panel until the maintenance options menu appears on the display. Navigate through the available settings using the same command or dedicated buttons until you find the option for service reset. At this point, select the desired option and confirm the operation following the instructions displayed on the screen. The procedure will take a few seconds, during which the system will update the maintenance data. When finished, the service indicator will turn off, indicating that the process has been completed correctly. To verify, turn off and turn on the panel: if the message no longer appears, the reset has been successfully performed, thus restoring the correct monitoring of maintenance intervals.
