How to reset the brake service on the BMW 5 Series F11

In this video we can see how to reset the brake light on a BMW 5 Series F11 version, after we have changed the brake fluid. We need to go to the iDrive menu, then press the start button, removing our foot from the brake pedal. In the bottom left corner of the instrument panel we have a button that is used for these reset functions. We press it and hold it for five seconds. This will open the menu and the first thing we see is a vehicle check being performed: we touch the button to highlight the item we want to reset, until we get to the brake fluid. We press and hold: the display says "reset?" we hold to confirm and the message "resetting in progress" appears, then finally "resetting successful". We will do the same with the brake pads, both front and rear.
