Remove and Install the Exterior Handle on a BMW 5 Series

Let's see how to remove and install the exterior handle located on the rear door of a BMW 5 Series. Insert a special metal key into the slot on the door (side panel), then use a plastic trim tool to remove the cover of the handle located to the right of it. Remove the lock from the door, then pull the handle out from the car's sheet metal, compare it with the new handle, and prepare for installation. Insert the new handle with lock and cover into the door. Test the correct installation and operation by manually operating it.
