How do you replace the cabin air filter (pollen filter) on a BMW 1 Series? This video shows you how to disassemble it. Remove the screws securing the plastic under the front windscreen with a socket wrench, then use a screwdriver to remove the filter cover (where the air filter is located). Once the filter is removed, insert a new cabin filter ensuring it fits snugly around the walls of the box/cap. Finally, reattach the filter box cap and tighten the screws with the wrench. Check the correct installation of the previously removed parts.
