How to Replace the Cabin Air Filter on a BMW 3 Series

Today, you will learn how to replace the cabin air filter on a BMW 3 Series F30 model. To perform the replacement, you will need a 10 mm socket wrench and a 15 mm Torx wrench. Get inside the vehicle and, using the 15 mm Torx wrench, remove the screws located under the glove compartment. Remove the plastic base of the glove compartment, being careful not to damage the clips, and disconnect the connector. Using the 10 mm wrench, remove the air filter cover and take out the filter. Clean the housing to insert the new filter and install the cover. Reinstall the lower cover of the glove compartment to complete the replacement.
