How to Replace the Front Brake Pads on a BMW X3

Model: BMW X3 MK 1, E83 - Years 2003-2010

Lift the vehicle with a jack to the desired height. Next, remove the wheel using a socket wrench or air drill with the respective bolts. Unscrew the caliper retaining bolt and remove the caliper from the wheel hub. Use a screwdriver to detach the old pads from the caliper, then remove the brake caliper. Install the new pads onto the caliper, then mount the brake caliper onto the brake rotor. Tighten all bolts and reinstall the wheel. Prepare to perform the same operations on the other calipers.
