How to Change Oil on BMW 320 Series

Replace the engine oil and filter on a BMW 3 Series. This is a simple operation by following the right steps. Lift the car on a column lift, remove the oil pan bolt with a socket wrench, let the fluid drain into a container, and reinstall the bolt. After removing the oil from the engine, bring the car down and lift the hood, securing it. Remove the engine soundproofing panel, and unscrew the filter housing with a socket wrench. Finally, refill with the new fluid. Measure the oil level multiple times with the metal dipstick until you reach the ideal measurement.
