Replacing Fog Light Bulb and Lens

Model: BMW Serie 3 E46 - Years 1998-2006

To replace the bulb, you only need a screwdriver. To replace the bulb and lens, you must disassemble the entire light assembly. The screws are accessible under the bumper cover near the light. After removing the two screws with a wrench, disconnect the light by first removing the connector. Once the light is removed, take out the socket and replace the front lens. Carefully replace the faulty bulb by pressing it slightly and turning it counterclockwise until it unlocks. Install the new bulb using one with the same specifications. Reattach the screws for the socket and reposition the light assembly in its housing, connecting the corresponding connector. Tighten the screws carefully.
