Replacing Angel Eyes Headlight Bulb

Model: BMW Serie 5 E39 - Years 1995-2003
Part: Headlight bulb

Completely remove the wheel to access the front lighting assembly. Unscrew the retaining screws of the cover, those under the fender, and those under the bumper that secure the grille. Remove the grille, and you will finally have access to the headlight. Remove the protective cap with a flat screwdriver, and using a 15 Torx wrench, unscrew the bulb holder, which should be gently pulled out while disconnecting the electrical connector. Place the assembly on a support and extract the bulb by removing the clips. Install the new bulb. Reinstall the bulb holder in its respective location and reposition the headlight assembly, connecting the corresponding connector. Screw in the retaining screws and reassemble everything.
