How to Remove the Dashboard of a BMW 3 Series

Before you can start, enter the cabin of your BMW 3 Series. Begin by inserting the tip of a thin but sturdy tool into the gap between the dashboard and its housing, then slide it along the entire perimeter while prying. This will release the rear securing clips. Once you complete this step, proceed to pull the dashboard out enough to reach the rear connector for the turn signal button. Once you reach the connector, disconnect it, and you will have finished the removal.
