How to Replace the Battery in a BMW X1

Before starting, open the front hood of your BMW X1. Begin by unscrewing and removing the screws that secure the air filter cover, then remove the cover itself. Next, remove the bars located above the battery by unscrewing and removing the corresponding screws.

Once this step is complete, disconnect the two terminals of the battery. After that, unscrew the bolts that secure the battery in its housing.

Once you have freed the battery, you can remove it, and you will have completed the disassembly.
