Is the automatic trunk release not working and you don't know how to open it? Don't worry! First, as shown in the video, you can tie a string to the silver hook release and pull it. Otherwise, follow this procedure: enter the car through the rear door of the lower seats, using the manual metal key located inside the battery-operated key fob. Once inside, recline the backrests of the lower seats.

Now you can access the trunk: use a flashlight or your phone for light, and you will see a hole on the lower left with a plastic piece that can be detached: pull that and the trunk will open.
