Setting the Time on BMW 5 Series

Get in the car and turn on the ignition without starting the engine (this should not be necessary). Once the onboard computer is on, use the joystick on the center console to navigate to the section you are looking for. Scroll through the various menu sections to enter the display settings, then to the time. Here, you can easily increase or decrease the hour and minute values. This is the method to check and modify many settings of the instrument cluster, the onboard computer, and more. It is a very simple operation that anyone can perform.
