How to Remove the Center Console of the BMW 5 Series?

To remove the center console of the BMW 5 Series, use a lever tool to detach the plastic cover surrounding the cigarette lighter. Below, you will find a Torx screw size 20 that needs to be removed: this will allow you to lift the entire center console cover and disconnect the connectors attached inside. Once all connectors are disconnected, connect them to the new replacement part, which should be properly positioned. Finally, secure the part by tightening the Torx screw size 20.
