In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the battery in a second-generation BMW X1. First, open and lift the hood of your car; then remove the plastic intake duct by unscrewing the upper mounting screws. Next, unscrew the clamp on the intake hose and lift off the air filter box; now unscrew all the bolts of the central bar to access the battery. Finally, unscrew the mounting screws of the bracket and disconnect the terminals to remove it and replace it with the new one!
