How to Reset the ABS and 4x4 Warning Lights on the BMW X3?

The illumination of the ABS light, along with the 4x4 light on the dashboard of the BMW X3, is a common issue, and the cause is almost always the same: you need to replace the actuator of the transmission. This is located at the bottom of the vehicle, near the gear lever. To remove it, you must loosen the appropriate bolts and disconnect all connectors attached to the part. Once it is freed, you can replace it with a new replacement part; after installation, you will see that all the warning lights will turn off.
