Rain Sensor Activation Instructions

Model: BMW Serie 3 E91, E90, E92 - Years 2005-2013

Next to the windshield wiper control lever, there is a button to activate the rain sensor: pressing the button turns on a green LED that indicates the rain sensor is activated. With the function activated, the windshield wipers will automatically turn on when the rain sensor (located at the center of the windshield, just behind the rearview mirror) is covered by water; the sensor can also adjust the speed of the wipers based on the intensity of the rain; if you manually change the speed setting, the automatic function will deactivate.
