In this video tutorial, you can see how to disassemble the lock cylinder of the BMW pannier by following simple steps that will guide you to proper management of your vehicle without needing to call an authorised mechanic. First, arrange the cylinder wafers, placing each one in its position. Insert the spring into the cylinder, as shown in the video, and position the locking wafer in slot A. Tip: write down the code so it will be easier to programme the second cylinder. Insert the spring into slot B and check if the correct wafer is 1-2 or 3. Insert all the wafers into the correct slots as shown in the video. Programming complete.
