To reset the brake wear indicator on a BMW 7 Series, turn on the ignition to navigate through the menu options. Using the BC button located on the lever to the left of the steering wheel, select the option indicating that the brakes are worn. When this screen appears on the dashboard, press and hold the BC button until the reset loading for the indicator is complete. After this operation, you will notice that the brake wear indicator has been fully reset.
