To reset the brake wear light on a BMW 7 Series, turn on the ignition to access the dashboard menu. Press and hold the button located at the bottom left of the dashboard until the icon of the car with the brake wear light appears. Once this icon is displayed, continue to hold the same button for a few seconds. At this point, you can verify that the brake wear light has been successfully reset, and you can turn off the ignition.
