How to reset the BMW 5 Series E60 oil light

Below we will find out together how to manually reset the engine oil warning light on your BMW 5 Series E60 (year 2003-2010). First, enter the vehicle and locate the button located immediately below the fuel gauge, on the lower left side of the panel itself. Simultaneously start the framework. As soon as the new menu appears on the mini display, release the button and use it to navigate within the menu until you see the item relating to the remaining oil life. At this point, press and hold the button again and release it as soon as you are asked to confirm the reset. Then press it one last time and you're done.
