In this new mini guide dedicated to all of you who own a BMW 5 Series e60, we will discover the steps you need to follow to successfully reset the engine oil light manually in the correct and safe manner. First, you need to turn on the instrument panel and hold down the small button located on the left side of the dashboard for a few seconds. Release the button as soon as a new screen appears and navigate through the various menu icons by pressing the same button multiple times as before. Once you locate the engine oil light, hold down the button until the reset is completed.
