The service light is a reminder to notify you of the need to perform maintenance on your car, in this case, a BMW 3 Series F30. Fortunately, you can reset it manually without using an external diagnostic tool. Here’s how to do it. First, insert the key and turn on the ignition.

Navigate through the onboard menu until you find the "Vehicle Information" option. Select it, then enter "Vehicle Status". At this point, go to "Service Requirements", select "Engine Oil", and proceed with the reset.

Finally, exit the menu, and you are done.
