How to Remove a Seat from the BMW M Sport

Model: BMW Serie 3 E91, E90, E92 - Years 2005-2013

In this video tutorial, you can see how to remove the seat from the BMW M Sport. The first step is to unscrew the plastic on the side of the seat using a Torx T20. Next, fold the seat and use a small flathead screwdriver to pry the handles to pull them out. Once the handles are removed, to unlock the aluminum block, use a flathead screwdriver and a hammer. Now the plastic lifts up, and you need to disconnect the cable. To remove the cover, use an Allen wrench; enter from underneath and press the lever to release it. Now, disconnect the straps; use a Torx T20 to remove the covers. Open the air cushion and pull the fabric. Once all the plastics are removed, you can lift the seat from its position.
