If you are wondering how to replace the battery inside your new BMW X1 key, just read this guide carefully and follow the steps described. First, remove the side part of the cover to access the battery holder located just below. Next, take out the battery holder and replace the button cell with a new, fully compatible one. Finally, insert the battery holder back into the key and reattach the side cover. Test the operation, and you are done.
