Removing the Climate Control Panel

Model: BMW Serie 7 E66, E67, E68, E65, MK 4 - Years 2001-2008
Part: Air conditioning

To remove the climate control panel from the center console, first remove the dashboard trim (secured with pressure clips), including the central and side air vents. Next, proceed to remove the trim around the CD player (the player does not need to be removed) and the ignition key slot. Once these trims are removed, you can take out the climate control console by pulling it from its location and disconnecting the connectors at the back.
