Instructions for Removing the Front Headlight

Model: BMW Serie 3 E46 - Years 1998-2006
Part: Headlight

To remove the front headlight, first remove the front turn signal: open the hood and locate the hole on the edge of the fender, near the turn signal. Through this hole, you can access the mounting screw for the turn signal and unscrew it to remove it. Next, detach the trim at the base of the headlight by pressing the side locking tab. Finally, unscrew the mounting bolts for the headlight itself, two on top along the grille and one at the inner corner.
