How to Reset the Service Light on a BMW X1?

Model: BMW X1 E84 - Years 2009-2015

To reset the Service light on a BMW X1, turn on the ignition by inserting the key and pressing the appropriate button next to the steering column. Once the dashboard is lit up, press and hold the button located at the bottom left of the dashboard to access the menu. Lower the lever on the left side of the steering wheel to scroll through the menu until you find the option showing the miles remaining until the next service. Then, press and hold the BC button located on this lever to reset the Service light.
