In this video, you will learn how to program the key of a BMW 3 Series E46 to also operate the central locking system. First, insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the second position, which is where the radio also turns on. Keep it on for two or three seconds, then turn it off and remove the key. Press and hold the unlock button while pressing the central button three times. You will hear the vehicle lock and unlock: this means the programming was successful and the key is now functional.
