How to Reset the Service Light on a BMW X1 F84

In this video, learn how to reset the oil light on a BMW X1 F84 without iDrive: turn on the ignition without starting the engine, then press and hold the onboard computer selection button located on the lower left side of the dashboard. After about ten seconds, the first service item will appear. Press the button repeatedly to scroll through the list and select the required reset mode. Press and hold the selection button for about three seconds until the display shows the Reset option. Press and hold the button again for about three seconds. Reset completed.
