How do you replace the headlight bulb of the BMW 3 Series?

In order to replace the headlight bulb of the BMW 3 Series, you need to access the inner part of the corresponding wheel arch: here you will find a headlight protection panel, which must be detached by removing the appropriate clips. Once the panel has been removed, you can locate the bulb connector, which can then be disconnected in order to remove the bulb from its housing from the inside; after removing the old bulb, you can insert the new one, connecting it and then covering everything with the corresponding inner panel of the wheel arch.
