How to disassemble the door panel of a BMW X1?

To disassemble the door panel of a BMW X1, start by lowering the window completely. Find and remove the hidden screws under the coverings, such as the one around the inner handle and behind the speaker cover. Use a plastic tool to gently pry off the coverings without damaging the surface. Once the screws are removed, gently pull the panel to release the fixing clips along the edge. Lift the panel upwards to detach it from the top edge of the door. Be careful with the electrical connectors of the window and lock controls, disconnecting them carefully to avoid damaging the cables.
