Removing the Dashboard Trim of BMW Tunnel Doors

Do you want the interior of your car to have a carbon fiber effect? Let's see how to remove all the various pieces. Get some plastic or metal-like trim tools suitable for disassembly. Start by removing the door trim by prying around the perimeter of the piece to be removed. As the piece comes loose, do not pull violently to avoid breaking delicate parts. Remove the side air conditioning vents using the same method, and do the same for the central dashboard cover, prying towards you. Disconnect the light indicator cable, ensuring that the entire piece comes off together to avoid breaking it. Always use the trim tool for the central tunnel cover and disconnect the electrical connector there as well. Be careful not to lose the mounting rivets/push clips. Reassemble all the carbon fiber effect pieces by applying pressure towards their housings.
