Replacing Cabin Air Filter

Model: BMW Serie 3 E46 - Years 1998-2006

Obtain a cabin air filter of the same model as the original. The cabin air filter purifies the air inside the vehicle and is located in the engine compartment under the windshield. To access it, rotate the three hooks of the cover about ¼ turn. Remove the cover by lifting it. Once the filter cover is removed, take out the filter from its housing by pulling it upward carefully to avoid dust dispersal. To catch any dirt, place a cloth on the bottom. Insert the new filter into the housing, ensuring it is positioned correctly, and close the cover with the hooks.
