How to Replace the BMW Remote Battery

First, press the button on the upper back of the remote to extract the metal key inside. You can also push the tab to open the back cover of the remote where the battery is located. Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the battery and install the new one, making sure to pay attention to the orientation. Now, retrace the steps to reassemble.
