This video shows the procedure to reset the service light on the BMW X5 E70. The procedure takes only a few seconds and does not require any specific tools or software. To reset this light, first start the instrument cluster without starting the engine, then press and hold the button on the cluster until the menu appears.

At this point, press the button to scroll through the menu until you reach the service option, hold the button until the RESET? message appears below the light. Now simply press the button again to confirm the reset.

The procedure is now complete, and you can restart the instrument cluster of your vehicle.
