Thanks to the compact and simple design of the Cadillac CT6 key, replacing the button cell battery inside is very straightforward and can be done in just a few seconds. First, press the metal button located on the side of the cover and fully remove the physical emergency key. Next, using the same physical key, open the cover and access the old battery. Remove it and replace it with a new compatible model. Finally, reassemble the cover correctly and reposition the physical key inside.
