How to Add Smartphone Display to Cadillac CUE

As shown in the video, to add your smartphone display to your Cadillac CUE, you need to remove all the panels supporting it on both the right and left sides. From the passenger side, also remove the panels below the glove compartment and the glove compartment itself. You must also remove the lower piece of the centre console. After unscrewing the two 7 mm screws, you will be able to lift the small door in the middle and remove the central panel. Unscrew the other supporting screws. At this point, you should have previously purchased a cigarette lighter with a USB port and from the rear centre line, prepare a housing for your USB port, extending the connector wire of the USB port to the connectors behind the console. Connect it, and once you plug your smartphone into the USB socket, it will appear on the display of your Cadillac CUE.
